Richard J. Laucella – Before joining RJR Communications Richard has held key leadership roles with several industry leading global companies.

Most recently he was the global network services lead for Estee Lauder Companies. In this role Richard was responsible for all network, collaboration, voice, video and security services for the enterprise. He also brings strong Technology Planning experience for architecture, data center and strategic business planning.

During his career he has held a wide range of leadership positions creating real value and building innovative global solutions for the business. Retail store infrastructure and design is another key skill Richard brings to the table. He has designed and deployed cutting edge environments that have delivered efficiency, innovation and cost savings to the business.

In previous roles he has held leadership positions with Bristol Myers Squibb, Pepsico and Remy Martin Amerique. A thought leader, change agent and mentor, he brings a broad range of skills and professionalism to our growing portfolio of services.

Joseph Denise – Before joining the RJR Communications team, Joe was Norcom Solutions founding partner

He began an accelerated, dynamic career path in the telecommunications industry for over 35 years ago. In a bold move, breaking away from the corporate ladder climb in 1997, he embarked on this new venture, founding Norcom Solutions, where he could capitalize on my entrepreneurial spirit, predisposition to imagination and innovation, and desire to offer a sincere value to the business community. Recently, Joe decided to join our team leading our efforts in the Low Voltage-Cabling Infrastructure sector.. This has become a focus of RJR’s growth-related business development and strategy to transform into true technology solution advisors. We are building a company with a commanding base within the Northeast but not limiting our presence throughout North America.
